- 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 3 tsp. of red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp. of tomato ketchup
- Salt as required
- Enough oil for frying
Let’s prepare Egg Manchurian
- Pour enough oil into a deep nonstick pan and allow it to heat up.
- Take the hardboiled eggs and cut them into 4 equal pieces. Keep it aside for the time being.
- Now, let’s go ahead and make the batter to dip the eggs in.
- Add the corn flour and rice or all-purpose flour into a large bowl.
- Add enough salt and black pepper powder into the flour mixture and incorporate it well.
