  • ¾ cup water

  • Take a pan and add heat up the oil.
  • Now, drop the mustard seeds into the hot oil and wait till they finish spluttering

  • Then, add the onions to the pan, accompanied by the chopped green chillies.

  • Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell of it goes away.

  • Add the peeled eggs into this mixture and coat it well with the masala.
  • After a few minutes, add a little bit of water, just enough to make gravy.
  • Cover the egg curry and cook it on medium heat for a few minutes
  • Once the gravy turns a bit thicker and the oil starts to appear above the gravy, add the coriander leaves to it.
