  • Add the eggs, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves and oil into a bowl. Mix the mixture until they are well incorporated together.
  • Take a mould, preferably square in shape and grease the mould properly with oil. After spreading the oil on the mould, add the prepared mixture and steam it for 8-10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked well enough.

  • Meanwhile, add the gram flour, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, egg and curd into a bowl.
